Refund Policy

At JellyChic, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the full terms of our refund and return policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Period)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or other applicable regions, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your item, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via email at hello@jellychic.com within the return period. Please include your full name, order number, and a short description of the reason for return (optional but helpful).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

– The item must be in unused and original condition

– The item must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories

– The return must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days after contacting us

– Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address from our support team. In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging, as well as your order number. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping fees where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are not eligible for return or refund:

– Personalized or made-to-order items

– Gift cards or digital products

– Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g., skincare, undergarments)

– Perishable goods (e.g., food or plants)

– Sale items marked as final sale

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

– First, check your bank account or credit card statement again

– Then contact your bank or payment provider – it may take several business days before a refund is officially posted

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within a short window after purchase and before shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@jellychic.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled – you will need to process it as a return.
