Shipping Policy

At JellyChic, we strive to ensure your order is processed, packed, and delivered safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices and terms regarding delivery, order handling, and shipping-related concerns.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship worldwide.
If you experience any issues at checkout or are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at hello@jellychic.com, and we’ll be happy to assist. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or countries with trade restrictions.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic (within United States): 1–5 business days

International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain amount– this will be clearly communicated on our website or product pages.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment’s status.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL].

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost. They are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee to re-ship the item.

Contact us immediately at hello@jellychic.com if you notice an error in your address after placing your order. We may be able to update it before the order is processed.

8. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. An additional shipping fee may apply. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the case and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 7 business days for resolution. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, JellyChic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

– Natural disasters

– Weather conditions

– Strikes or labor shortages

– Customs clearance

– Carrier issues
